THE SPINE
A 3 Month Journey Into Boundaries, Discernment & Self-Loyalty
A deep transformational program for women who already know the language of healing, embodiment, somatic work, nervous system awareness, and personal growth, yet still find themselves abandoning their truth in intimacy, attraction, fantasy, overgiving, and relationships.
The core of this work is simple:
How do I stop leaving myself?
This program avoids both extremes:
blaming men for everything
blaming women for everything
Instead, it teaches:
-
discernment
-
self trust
-
boundaries
-
accountability
-
nervous system awareness
-
and relational integrity

Why women abandon themselves in love
For women who understand
-
boundaries
-
embodiment
-
nervous system work
...yet still find themselves overriding their own truth in relationships.
20th of SEPTEMBER 2026
Most women believe their struggle is poor boundaries, anxious attachment, people pleasing, trauma, emotionally unavailable partners, or low self-worth.
What if these aren't separate problems?
What if they're different expressions of one deeper pattern?
for a conversation that challenges the way we've been taught to think about relationships and reveals the missing capacity that allows us to remain true to ourselves, even in the complexity of love.

PROGRAM CURRICULUM
Module 1: The Spine
The spine is the capacity to remain loyal to yourself in moments of attraction, intimacy, uncertainty, and conflict. Together we explore where you abandon yourself, negotiate against your knowing, and stay longer than your truth requires.
Module 2: Standards, Preferences & Hard No's
Many women know what they are attracted to, but not what truly serves them. This module helps you distinguish chemistry from compatibility, fantasy from reality, and gain clarity around your standards, desires, and non negotiables.
Module 3: The Pleaser & The Fawn Response
We explore the unconscious belief that love must be earned through understanding, patience, sacrifice, or overgiving. Through embodied inquiry, you begin replacing self abandonment with self respect.
Module 4: Sacred Rage, Boundaries & Discernment
Anger is not treated as aggression, but as a source of clarity, truth, and protection. You will learn how to access healthy anger as a guide for boundaries, discernment, and aligned action.
Module 5: Internalized Conditioning & Feminine Identity
Many women have learned to prioritize being chosen over being true to themselves. This module uncovers the conditioning that disconnects women from their own authority and restores a deeper relationship with inner truth.
Module 6: Worthiness & Self Trust
At the heart of many relational struggles lies a question: "Do I believe I deserve the love I want?" Together we rebuild self trust, reclaim worthiness, and learn to stop settling for less than what is truly aligned.
PROGRAM STRUCTURE
Month 1: The Past
Where Did I Leave Myself?
Together we explore the patterns, relationships, family dynamics, and conditioning that shaped how you relate to yourself and others. This phase brings awareness to the places where self abandonment became normalized.
Month 2: The Present
What Is True For Me Now?
This phase focuses on your current reality. Through embodiment, inquiry, and relational exploration, you learn to recognize your needs, boundaries, values, standards, and truth in real time.
Month 3: The Future
What Kind of Relationship Am I Available For?
The final phase is about conscious choice. From a stronger relationship with yourself, you begin to create a new blueprint for intimacy, partnership, boundaries, and love that no longer requires self betrayal.

The Spine is a 3 month online journey for women, meeting once a week
in a live group container.
Each session combines transmission, embodied practice, somatic inquiry,
nervous system awareness, group reflection, and integration.
As much as this is a space to understand the work intellectually, we emphasize and encourage you to feel it, practice it, and begin living it in the body.
THE PROGRAM INCLUDES
• 12 weekly live calls
Each call is 2–3 hours and includes teaching, embodied practice, inquiry, and group process.
• Embodiment & nervous system practices
Practices to support boundaries, discernment, self trust, authentic anger, voice, and connection to your inner truth.
• Inquiry & journaling prompts
Weekly reflections to help you integrate the teachings into your own life, relationships, and patterns.
• Buddy and group reflection
Spaces to be witnessed, reflected, and supported in a conscious field of women walking the same path.
• Weekly homework and integration
Simple practices between sessions to help the work move from insight into lived embodiment.
• Telegram group support
A shared group space for reflections, questions, accountability, integration, and connection between calls.
• Opening alignment meditations
Each session begins by arriving into the body, grounding the nervous system, and reconnecting with the deeper intention of the journey.
This is a live, intimate container designed for women who are ready to understand their patterns, transform the way they relate to themselves, their boundaries, their desire, their sacred anger, and their truth.
YOUR GUIDES

Katerina Foltova is a Tantra Teacher, Embodiment Mentor and Initiatory Guide devoted to helping people transform life’s greatest challenges into pathways of awakening.
Her work explores a central question: how do we not only awaken, but fully inhabit our lives?
Drawing from Tantra, nervous system healing, breathwork, ritual, yoga, and decades of transformational practice, she helps people cultivate the capacity to stay present with intimacy, uncertainty, desire, grief, and love. Her work is rooted in the understanding that heartbreak, loss, and life’s great endings are not interruptions to our path but profound initiations that call us into deeper truth, purpose, and alignment.
Through retreats, trainings, and immersive experiences around the world, Katerina supports individuals in transforming suffering into wisdom, awakening into embodiment, and spiritual insight into lived reality.

Maya Magdalena is a somatic practitioner, mentor, ritualist, and facilitator devoted to restoring the connection between body, Soul, and authentic power.
For over fifteen years she has explored the intersection of embodiment, healing, consciousness, and the feminine mysteries. Her work is informed by trauma-informed somatics, Tantra, Sacred Rage, Trans-Himalayan teachings, and long-term immersion in initiatory and transformational spaces.
At the heart of her work is a deep trust in the intelligence of the body and the understanding that many of the qualities we seek - clarity, purpose, belonging, intimacy, and inner authority - are not something we acquire, but something we remember and choose to live from.
Through mentorship, bodywork, ritual, and group experiences, Maya supports people in reclaiming their instincts, strengthening their relationship with life force, and embodying a deeper sense of truth, freedom, and devotion to life.
